① The PT-type spring is made of high-temperature die-cast aluminum alloy, offering not only high deformation capacity, stable performance, and low natural frequency, but also excellent corrosion resistance and toughness.
② The springs used in the PT-type spring damper are made of 60Si2Mn, a high-quality alloy steel material, designed with a low natural frequency value and treated with ED anti-rust coating and paint, ensuring superior vibration damping performance and long service life.
③ A galvanized steel cap is installed at the top end of the spring, which ensures more even force distribution while enhancing appearance and providing rust protection. The PT-type spring damper features screws and screw holes at both the top and bottom ends, constructed from stainless steel.
