Working principle of cooling tower drift eliminator
During the operation of the cooling tower, hot water exchanges heat with air through the packing, and some water droplets are carried upward by the airflow and discharged.
The water collector changes the direction of the airflow through multiple bends (multiple curved structures), causing water droplets to collide with the surface of the collector blades due to inertia and gather into a water film, and then flow back to the water tank inside the tower along the blades, while the dry air continues to be discharged.
