Cooling tower belt reducer motor is a mechanical device specially used for cooling tower fan drive. It converts the high speed of the motor into the low speed required by the cooling tower fan through the coordination of the motor, the decelerating device and the belt transmission system, so as to achieve efficient fan operation. Basic composition
1. Motor
Usually, three-phase asynchronous motors or high-efficiency motors are used, which have stable performance and long service life.
2. Speed reduction device
It is mainly composed of a reduction box (worm gear, helical gear or planetary gear, etc.) to reduce the speed and provide greater torque.
3. Belt drive system
Includes a pulley and a drive belt for transmitting the power output of the deceleration device to the cooling tower fan shaft.
Working principle
The motor provides power through rotation, reduces the speed and increases the torque through the decelerating device, and then transmits the power to the fan through the belt transmission system, thereby driving the fan blade to rotate, ensuring the air circulation in the cooling tower and improving the cooling efficiency.
